Thank you for choosing Pupzle! This page is designed to share information regarding the Lifetime Warranty on our Pooper Scooper to ensure you can make the most of our products.

Customer Responsibilities

  • To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, customers must register their warranty upon receiving the product via the link below. Warranty registration is required within the specified time frame stated for each product. Failure to register within this period will result in ineligibility for any warranty benefits.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Our Warranty is designed to cover strictly manufacturing defects that may arise during the intended use of the Pupzle Pooper Scooper.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Purchases made before February 1, 2025. The date the Lifetime Warranty has gone into effect.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling (e.g., excessive force, pets chewing on the product, etc.).

  • Loss of any components or parts by the customer.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear resulting from normal use.

What Pupzle Will Provide

In the case of a manufacturing defect, customers must provide proof of purchase, and evidence of warranty registration.

Upon verification of the issue, we will take appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

As Pupzle will be bearing the costs for the replacement parts, replacements shall be borne by the customer and shall be charged at a flat rate of $13.99 (within the United States)
